# Treasury

## Usage

The treasury is set up to facilitate any capital operation required in the market, including but not limited to adding liquidity for Market Making, holding token buy-back from the market, and future club member sales. 

## Supply and Vesting

Initially, 10% of the $MOXY token supply is allocated to the Treasury, 3 months cliff, 25% vested after the client, and 24-month daily linear vesting for the remaining 75%.

## Replenishment

The Moxy team may decide to buy back $MOXY from the market from time to time.
