# Moxy Foundation

## Usage

Moxy Foundation is set up to facilitate the operations expenses of the Moxy team to ensure a sustainable commercial model. All activities that develop Moxy into a bigger and better platform and ecosystem, making it more accessible for gamers and $MOXY token holders (including marketing, exchange listing, business development, user acquisitions, platform R\&D etc.) will take budget from this pool of funds. 

## Supply and Vesting

Initially, 25% of the $MOXY token supply is allocated to the Moxy Foundation with 25% unlocked at TGE, 6 months cliff, and 24-month daily linear vesting.

## Replenishment

1% of all [tournament ](/moxy-tokenomics/token-mechanism/overview/usdmoxy-token.md#regular-tournament-fees-and-prize)turnover and 50% of the [game publishing & promotion ](/moxy-tokenomics/token-mechanism/overview/usdmoxy-token.md#game-publishing-and-promotion)revenue will also be distributed to the Moxy Foundation to further expand and grow the platform and ecosystem.
